It is time. Time to get back into the exercise game. I would not say that I am a sedentary person, but there was a time in my life when I ran 20-24 miles a week and biked EVERYWHERE and was going to university and had two jobs. I weighed a lot less then. Mostly because I was poor: no money = no car + viewing cheese as a luxury splurge item + hardly ever eating out. I'm not trying to get back to that mid-20's size - although that would be AMAZING - but enough is enough. Time to get back into an actual regime of raising my heart rate for a sustained period of time. Also, no more buying snickers bars at the kit-kat store that is kitty-corner to my school as a reward for just surviving another day. I'll eat an apple instead. (Yeah, right.
